Big Bear is a 300 acre sandy pond home to both seasonal and year round residents. Located in Central Maine just 20 minutes north of the twin cities of Lewiston and Auburn. Loons frequent the area all summer and their calls can be enjoyed and heard day and night. The cottage has been recently update with new furnishings, flooring & appliances. It features a large open concept carpeted dining room/living room featuring a wall of windows and a brick fireplace. The 3 bedrooms are accessible from the living room/dining room area. The cabin kitchen has ample cabinet space, a propane cook stove with oven and a refrigerator. Access to the kitchen is available from the deck via sliders. The full bath offers a claw foot tub with a shower, toilet and sink. Heat is available from a propane monitor heater.
