Guest Policies
1. Rule # 1 - Relax, Have fun & enjoy!
Please show common courtesy and respect to all neighbors.

Occupancy Policy
a) Occupancy not
to exceed 6 (six).
b) Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the actions of every
member of their party.
c) No Smoking on the property
3. Check-in, check out, & cancellations:
a) Check-in is at 3 pm. Arriving guests will be allowed to
enter the cabin after 3 pm. Please notify us if you plan to
arrive after 9 pm. All reservations will be automatically canceled after
9 pm as a no-show, unless we are notified. Use of the property after
checkout is not permitted.
b) Check out: As a courtesy to other arriving families, we request that you be
mindful of the 11 am checkout time.
At check-out, cabin to be cleaned and left in same condition found
at check-in. If cabin needs to be cleaned, a $75 cleaning
fee with deducted from security deposit.
c) Cancellations must be received, in writing, at least 45 days prior to
arrival to receive a refund (less $25.00 service charge). Sorry, there are no refunds for late arrivals,
early departures or when canceled less than 45 days in advance.
d) A 50% deposit is due to hold reservation.
4. Grounds Awareness:
a) Please observe quiet hours between 11 pm - 7 am. Please respect all of our
neighbors and
observe these times.
b) Speed Limit on Garden Drive is 15mph.
c) Campfires should be kept small and within the fireplace in the
designated area. All campfires must be attended. Cutting or trimming of trees, branches, or underbrush on the property is
strictly forbidden.
d) Campfire wood is provided.
5.
Pets:
a) Pets are allowed with landlord approval and must be registered in advance
with an additional $100 security deposit.
b) Only one pet is allowed.
6.
Other Guest Policies:
No fireworks, firearms, under age drinking or illegal drugs of any
kind are allowed on the property. Vandalism and pilferage will not be
tolerated. Violators will be evicted and prosecuted when necessary.
We are not responsible for the loss of any personal property.
Violation of any state or federal law or guest policies by any member or
guest may result in immediate eviction of the property without refund.
Policies are subject to change without notice. All additions or
deletions will be at the discretion of the property owners.
